The Site allows Users to search UK vehicle registration numbers and publish comments regarding road‑traffic incidents.

4. Eligibility

5.1 You are solely responsible for any content you submit.
5.2 You must not post personal data, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise unlawful material.
5.3 We may moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion.
5.4 You grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute your content in any media.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (excluding User content) is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may view such content for personal use only.
